Remembering Eva

Our hearts are shocked and saddened in the tragic loss of our sister in Christ, Eva. Eva was killed yesterday (Tuesday January 18) when a single engine plane crashed into their camper in Myrtle beach, SC. Tom was treated for first degree burns and released from the hospital and remains in South Carolina at this time. Their children are headed to be with him. May God's presence be known as we all support each other through this hard time. Let us remember Eva. Let us celebrate her faith - her humor - and her love.

Epiphany

Epiphany is the third season in the church year. It bridges the time between the celebration of Jesus' birth and the time of preparation for Easter i.e. Lent. Epiphany is a season where the scriptures focus on the revelation of God through Jesus Christ. It is the season of LIGHT as symbolized by the Bethlehem star.
